HOW TO SET UP YOUR PRINT READY ARTWORK

FILE FORMATS PREFERRED
High resolution PDFs, packaged AI files, EPS files & JPG files.
FILE SIZE RESTRICTIONS
Files should not be larger than 50MB. If your file is larger than 50MB, please contact our friendly customer service team to send through your file separately to the order.
We accept DropBox, GoogleDrive, OneDrive, WeTransfer and many other file transfer options.
ARTWORK FORMAT
  • Document Size - as per templates available for download on website
  • No crop marks required
  • All fonts converted to outlines (if unable to outline, please supply font files with artwork)
  • Colours converted CMYK
  • If using a solid black we recommend a rich black break down of C 40%, M 40%, Y 40%, K 100% to achieve the best result. Text is fine as 100% Black (K) only
  • Image quality recommend is 300dpi
MULTIPLE ARTWORKS
If you are ordering multiple artworks for one product, please ensure each artwork is in a separate file and named with the quantity for that artwork. Example: PullUpBanner_Artwork1_Qty2
When uploading your print ready artwork, it will open in our online editor for you to confirm the size of your artwork is correct. Whilst in our editor, you can scale artwork or add elements on top but cannot edit your uploaded design.

Please upload PDF, Illustrator, EPS, InDesign or JPG files. File should not be larger than 50MB in size. If your file is larger than 50MB click here
To upload multiple files either add them all to a multipage pdf or keep clicking Select File before moving to the Checkout
Note: please also upload proof files for orders with extras (specific eyelet positioning, taping, drill holes, die cut) by clicking upload button again after your artwork file.
